Klemens Ruoss
Klemens is a real estate professional with over a decade of experience in the industry. He has honed his skills in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving to help his clients achieve their real estate goals. Klemens' multicultural experience, having lived in Mexico until 10 years old and born in Switzerland, provides him with a deep understanding of the international mindset, making him an effective communicator with clients from diverse backgrounds.
He is not just a seasoned agent; he is also a real estate investor, owning and managing several rental properties and completing multiple successful flips. This hands-on experience provides valuable insight into the landlord-tenant relationship and the challenges of property management, allowing him to identify properties with high potential and maximize their value.
Klemens attained his Real Estate Salesperson License before graduating high school in 2006 and later obtained his Real Estate Broker License in 2023. With this level of expertise, Klemens provides clients with the highest level of professional service and can handle even the most complex transactions.
In his free time, Klemens enjoys playing traveling, basketball, snowboarding, wine tasting and boating activities. These diverse interests give him a unique perspective that he brings to his real estate practice, making him an interesting person to work with.
